SHIPPING & RETURNS
FULFILLMENT:
- Orders are processed quickly. Address edits can be requested within 1 hour of order placement but are not guaranteed.
- UK, Australia, SA, UAE, USA: 1-2 business days; Other countries: up to 4 business days (excluding holidays and peak periods).
- Shipping days: Monday - Friday. No PO Box deliveries.
- Shipping costs are weight and dimension-based. We strive for competitive rates; shipping fees cover only the cost of delivery. We want you to get what you purchased. We appreciate you.
- Tracking: A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent upon availability. Ensure your email address is correct. For tracking assistance, email shipping@zawinamorocco.com.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS:
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and cancellations are not possible once an order is placed.
- No refunds will be issued for parcels returned to us or destroyed by customs due to buyer non-response. Ensure accurate address and phone number (with country code) are provided. Contact your local Aramex or FedEx office for redelivery if you missed the initial delivery.
- Report spoiled or damaged items with proof to shipping@zawinamorocco.com within 48 hours of receipt. We are not liable for damage occurring after shipment.
- Claims for missing or damaged items must be submitted with proof to shipping@zawinamorocco.com within 48 hours of delivery.
TAXES:
- The recipient is responsible for any import duties or taxes levied by their country's customs. These are not included in the checkout price. Consult your local customs website for regulations.
PAYMENT:
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Cash-on-delivery (COD) is not available.
- Your order total includes the product price and shipping costs, less any applied discounts. Taxes are not included.
- As an international website, all transactions are processed in USD. You will be charged the equivalent amount in your local currency based on the prevailing exchange rate.
LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS:
- Report lost or stolen parcels with proof to shipping@zawinamorocco.com within 48 hours of the "DELIVERED" status. We will file a claim with the carrier (Aramex or FedEx), which may take 5-10 business days to investigate. Claims made after 48 hours of the "DELIVERED" status will not be accepted.
