Moroccan Hammam Set “Nila”

A full ritual that consists of 5 steps and leaves your skin deeply clean, glowing and rejuvenated. This ritual is called Moroccan Hammam Ritual and has been used by Moroccan women for centuries. It is a self-purifying cleansing routine and proven to be very effective in brightening and softening the skin.

Products:

Beldi Soap, Kessa, Tebrima, Nila Sabounia, Argan Oil.

How to use:
  1. Soak your body in hot water and steamy bathroom. Take your time, it is important to allow your skin to soften before the ritual. Step out from water stream, lather Black Beldi soap in your hands until it becomes creamy and spread it all over your body. Wait 5-10min.
  2. Wash away the soap from your body. Rinse well. Wet the Kessa Glove and start scrubbing your skin doing descending strokes and applying medium pressure on your skin. You should be able to see dead skin coming off. Don’t forget to scrub your neck, ears and other intimate parts. Rinse your body afterwards.
  3. Apply Tebrima mask for 1-2 minutes all over your body, do not apply on the face. You can use Sahara or Rhassoul Mask on your face in meantime.
  4. Lather Nila Sabounia with water and loofah until it becomes soapy. Wash your body removing Tebrima mask. Rinse well.
  5. Finish your shower as usual. Note that you must wash and clip yourhair BEFORE starting Hammam Ritual not AFTER. If you plan to shave, shave only AFTER Hammam Ritual.
  6. Apply Argan Oil directly after the shower on damp skin. Use only natural deodorant and perfume after Moroccan Hammam Ritual. Drink hot green tea with mint.
